Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No. Every decision is made by the relevant government authority. Approval and processing time cannot be guaranteed.
Do I still need to attend biometrics or an interview?
Yes, when the destination requires it. You remain responsible for attending appointments, supplying accurate information and submitting the application.
Can you help after a refusal?
The refusal letter can be reviewed to identify issues and possible next steps. A response, fresh application or appeal is only considered where the relevant process allows it. Formal legal representation may require an appropriately authorised professional.
Are embassy fees and insurance included?
No. Government, appointment, insurance, translation, courier and other third-party charges are separate unless explicitly agreed in writing.
